Awesome, possibly evil halloween tasks.?

considering putting up a cute puppies for sale sign and when people come up to look they will think its a meant-to-be-scary-joke because they will see an ugly, old dog there wearing a vampire costume but then I will jump out from behind a wall reving a chainsaw with a hockey mask on.
Any other good ideas?

    I thank the one with the puppies one would be better then any thing
    or are could sit completely still and have a bowl of candy on your lap then when kid come to get it the candy you scream BOO!!!!!! It will freak any one out
