Can anyone tell me what chainsaw bar I should purchase?

I have a Homelite C-72 chainsaw. The chain wouldn't tighten anymore. I was told the bar is worne out. The current bar is a "Total" with part #322HT0 stamped on it. Overall length is about 22 3/8". It's an old saw that we used rarely. Can anyone tell me what I should buy as a replacement with a matching chain..

    if your are going to replace the the bar to chanage the chain also the 22 ” bar is ok for working with fire wood and such as that but it is to big to go up in a tree and work.i always used a 16” to 18 ” but that is just because i can controll the shorter bar better with less chance of a kick back..the secretto keeping bars and chains in good shape is bar oil if the bar oiler is stopped up on your saw that may be why you are ruining blades and bars;;

    I’m not sure what that model specs but take the bar with you to Lowes or Depot along with the model #, the have charts for each model #. Also the Length of the bar is measured for the tip to the plastic covering of the chain on the outside of the saw.
