Can I downsize my Chainsaw bar and chain from 16″ To 15″? ?

The saw is a 36cc Craftsman that came with a 16" Bar but I was thinking of changing it to a 14" for smaller jobs around the home. Is this possible?

    Yes,
    You’ll need to change the bar and chain as a pair. your local Sears store, or any local Lawn & Garden Repair shop should be able to help you. Most local shops have generic bars and chains that will fit.
    Make sure you take the saw, or at least the model number with you to the shop!
