Chainsaw Starter Rope Not engaging with gears, clicking sound?

I just bought a new McCulloch chainsaw, and after cutting down my first tree, the chain came off, after putting it back on I tried to start the engine, but when I pulled the starter rope, all I heard was clicking, and the gears were not moving on the saw. I took off the plastic cover and tried to allign the gears with no success. What should I do?

    take it back to the dealer..

    spray it witha lube then pull repetedly after a min they will work if not email me an update
