Does any one know of a website that will tell me what my tools are worth? I am ……?

I am going to sell all kinds of power tools at a garage sale and I have been looking up each individual item and sometimes I cant find a price. For example Pressure washers, echo chainsaw. Etc. can any one suggest a site to appraise all my tools

Try to find them on craigslist for sale, or on ebay. That should give you a good idea of what the actual resale should be.

A garage sale is the wrong venu to sell something for what it's worth.

ebay.com Search for the item you are thinking to sell. Then check the box on the left for "completed items" or "Completed Auctions" and it will show you what similar items sold for.

I'd recommend ebay to sell you items instead of a garage sale. Even for large items you can sell pick up only for a power washer.

Ebay works best if you live i a decent sized city. Many smaller items can be shipped and you will make a lot more money through ebay than a garage sale!

Remember the saying, something is worth whatever someone is willing to pay. For a garage sale, you can put the price on it that you feel it's worth to you ~ and always come down. Suggestion to use eBay is good: you can do a search for exactly what you have/or close proximity and see what people are paying. For a garage sale, be sure to advertise that you have tools; many will come just for them. Craig's List is also a very good suggestion: no cost & you can post pictures. I know of no site that appraises tools, per se; tho research on eBay will tell you; you can also search closed auctions.
