Does anyone have any info on vintage chainsaws?

We have a vintage chainsaw made by A.C. Lamb & Sons. I can't seem to find any info on it or the company. Can anyone help me out? We think it might have been made in the 1940's or 50's.

    I don’t know if this will help or has anything to do with your problem,but there is a lamb and son dealing in chainsaws on vine st. liverpool ny and they have a 60 year old two man saw on display. There main business is campers these days but check your yellow pages and talk to sombody but a clerk. MAYBE. I just checked it out on the yellow pages and it is a.c lambs and son,1120 vine st ,liverpool ny,315- 457 -1410,cool huh
