Is a 33cc 14 inch gas chainsaw a good buy? What does cc mean? Would a 16 inch electric chain saw be better?

I plan to use it around the house for small, medium, maybe some large branches. Help!!!!

    c.c = cubic centimetres the power is OK but the bar/chain is kind of short, but for just around the home you should be OK

    I would stick to gas
