		<description>Scoring on the exhaust side of the piston is a sign of overheating.  The only way to fix it is to replace with a piston and jug.  If the saw in below the 026/MS260, its almost cost effective to get a new saw.  But above that, if the saw is in good condition, replace the jug and piston.  Replace the crank oil seals while you are at it.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know how well you can bore and hone out a 2 stroke. May need to go with a new barrel, piston and rings. Will give your machine a new lease on life. You may also have a dead or dying head gasket too, could cause low compression but many small motors have one piece cylinder/heads so this may not be an issue.</description>
