Its August ‘07…. Any good movie(s) out/review(s)?
I'm planning on goin to the movies and i want to see SUPERBAD! Is that any good?
I also want to see The Simpsons and Halloween
I kind of dont want to see The Simpson because of the whole spider pig thing. I dont want 50 million people singing along. But what's your review on that?
Halloween seems too..... I dont know
Like it'll be too Newly Gorry and just.... not interesting like the past Halloween movies. I feel like I wont be scarred just like when the New Texas Chainsaw Massacare came out. That was too dull. Now the old one? THAT WAS SPOOKY CRAZY
DO YOU HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS ON RECENT MOVIES?
Ooh... how was Chuck & Larry?
I have so many movies in mind but I forget all about them 2 weeks after the come out. Gosh What else is out?

ok here we go….
SUPERBAD
B+
good movie can be compared to American Pie, from the crew of Talladega Nights, Knocked Up, and The 40 Year Old Virgin, stars Micheal Cera ( Arrested Develpment) Jonah Hill ( Grandmas Boy, Accepted) and Seth Roegen ( Knocked Up, You, Me, and Dupree)
a touching and hilarious film
RATED R for persuasive sexual humor and content, strong language, drinking, some drug use, and a fantasy/comic image.
THE SIMPSONS
B-
a shaky plot and short runtime was the only bad coming out of this movie, the movie of course is alot cruder than the rated TV-PG show, and the movie is just like another show, so if your expecting like… well.. The Simpsons BIG MOVIE, your not gonna get it, expect something, like The South Park Movie, just like another episode.
PG-13 for irreverent humor throughout.
HALLOWEEN
prediction: D-
remakes usualy suck, and like you said it will be tottaly redone with loads of gore and crap and will lack a real story and plotline, stick to renting the originals
NOT YET RATED
I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry
C+
the movie dosent have any humor in it really, it aims at Sandler fans only, adults wouldnt like it, but it has the whole sandler gang in it, but overall it was only ok, i expected a lot more, but if your just going to see a movie see Chuck and Larry, if your gay dont see it.
PG-13 for crude sexual content throughout, nudity, language and drug references.
OTHERS YOU MIGHT HAVE HAD IN MIND
Bourne Ultimatum
A-
very good movie, the third in the Bourne saga and is def. the best one, the action is outstanding and entertaining, Matt Damon has once again done it as Mr. Jason Bourne
PG-13 for violence and intense sequences of action.
Balls Of Fury
prediction B-
looks funny and stupid like Dodgeball, but will suplly plenty of laughs
Good Luck Chuck
prediction: B
have sex with chuck, you’ll get married
Rated R for Sexual Content and Language
thank you….
Becoming Jane is really good for historical movies
there are actually a bunch of good movies out right now
just check yahoo entertaniment
Superbad was hilarious.. best movie of the summer without a doubt.
The Simpsons stayed true to the older episodes
Haven’t seen Halloween and Chuck and Larry was a very funny movie as well.
well i saw the simpsons and it was really good. i thought they could have done better, but it was still really funny. the spider thing made everyone laugh. idk if people would be singing along with it cuz i saw it the first weekend it came out. but i would say to go see it.
This site has reviews for movies. http://www.review-crew.com They add a new review every day. I just saw simpsons and nobody sang the spider pig song because that would be lame. The site I listed above is releasing their review of the simpsons movie in a few hours.
Superbad was great. Simpsons was ok and the others I have not seen. FilmCrave.com provides some pretty quick movie reviews on them. See source below.
