		<description>The chain adjustment cog is screwed too far forward (tight).  Adjust the chain looser and the cover will go right on.  Take a look at the cog/pin moving when you screw the adjuster, now see the hole in the cover plate?  Once it&#039;s on, adjust the chain properly, of course.
