the inlet valve in the cab is stuck open, causing fuel to keep flowing and not shut off once the carb is full. It consists of a pivoting lever working like a seesaw with a spring on one side and an Inlet Needle. If you want to attempt to repair this try this link. I have done this to all my blower and weedeater carbs at one time or another.

Check to see if you are getting a spark. It could be a problem with the on/off switch, the spark plug, or magneto.

engine is flooded pull spark plug out and pull engine over to blow fuel out of cylinder.clean plug and try again make sure its all dry.
