ryobi 18 inch chainsaw would you buy one??

HI,
I'm interested in buying a chainsaw...
BUT don't wish to spend a fortune..yes I know some will say you get what you spend ..please humor me
Home depot has a clearance sale of ryobi 18 inch gas chainsaws 40cc engine..normally retails about 160ish..on sale for 120..
I intend to use it to cut up some firewood for the winter period..
perhaps only use it like 3days a year sorta thing..
I don't have any experience with the ryobi name,,,I'm assumeing it is sorta like craftmans...is it total junk?
would you jump at this offer or should I just pass on it..

    You can get a Sithl for $179, and it will do all you need. http://www.stihlusa.com They are only sold at dealers who will service them. The box stores will not work on them if there is something wrong. You might even ask you local dealer if they have a used chainsaws. I would pass on the offer.

    They are Not very good but, if you are only going to use it a few times a year (or till you go to the ER for stiches) go for it. Please read the owners manual…..

    I LIVE IN LONDON UK AND HAVE A FEW RYOBI POWER TOOLS I THINK THERE OK ALTHO I DONT HAVE A CHAINSAW MOST OF THERE PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED FOR 2 YEARS SO IF IT DOSENT DO THE JOB TAKE IT BACK
