What are your top 10 scariest movies ever?

So, Halloween is coming up and my girlfriend wants me to get a bunch of scary movies together to watch on Halloween. I came up with a few of my own, but so far I can't think of anything else that would send her flying out of the room in a panic. So I am here asking all of you good people to help me come up with a list of movies. I'm looking for very specific stuff.

List of good traits I'm looking for: Supernatural, Can be gorey, Truly disturbing themes and plot twists, makes an actual connection with the main character (let's face it watching some you don't care about get ripped in half is a shocking ending but it doesn't really scare you)

List of bad traits: Movies that scared people 10-20 years ago but fail to do so now, anything in black and white, or with slow moving creatures (these baddies gotta be fast as hell and able to rip you inside out within a couple of seconds)

Movies she has already seen that scared her on the same level of what I'm looking for(please don't put these on your list): Jeepers Creepers, The Ring, The Grudge, Darkness Falls, 1408, Thirteen Ghosts, Silent Hill, The Mist, Stay Alive,

Movies on my list (again please don't List these): FeardotCom, Hostel, Stir of Echoes...(Yah That's It So Far).....

Complete failures at scaring her: Texas Chainsaw Massacres, Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, Pet Cemetery, Poltergeist, The Amityville Horror, The Exorcist, Sixth Sense (She was laughing most of the movie), The Others, The Fog.

I could go on with these lists for awhile but I think I've given enough of an example, please help me with this, I'm putting forth a lot of effort, but need help thinking of more movies, please do not copy and paste some top horror list, I will not consider it or if you list a movie I have stated above. Good luck I'm sure my pickyness hasn't made this very easy for you.
P.S. If you can't think up at least 10 good ones then I don't really see you as much of an expert and therefore can not take your word that the movies you named are indeed scream worthy movies, oh and don't worry about it having much of a story I just want to scare her.
