What parts do I need to put an echo cs-60s chainsaw motor on an 18 speed mountain bike?

First of all, it has a centrifugal clutch. How can I make a bike chain work with it? Second of all, once I mount it, and set up the throttle, is there a way to make the bike go into something like neutral? aka engine running, but not moving the wheel?
