What's the part number of this stihl 028 AV chainsaw part?

Inside the pull starter of my 028 AV stihl chainsaw is a small black piece of plastic that's held there with a metal clip. I need a new piece via mail order, but can;t find it online. Does anyone know the name or part number of that black thing? Without that the rope slips and is not pulled back in by the spring.
